Sales Support Analyst

  • Reporting to the Senior Commercial Analyst
  • Must have experience as a Business Analyst or in ERP sales master data administration role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team to be responsible for the efficient and effective analysis of reports and customer ERP master data including pricing, product and customer information as well as the maintenance of related information in various other systems.

Key responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Generate regular reports in relation to customer and product sales.
  • Provide regular analysis and generate insights to assist the Senior Commercial Analyst and the sales, marketing and operations teams.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and be the first point of contact for pricing requests, customer terms and master data changes.
  • Maintain product pricing, customer rebates and discounts in ERP system.

Key skills for this role will be: 

  • Strong analytical and administration capabilities.
  • ERP system experience such as JDE, SAP, Microsoft, etc. preferable.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using OLAP packages preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and process improvement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer focus.
  • Demonstrate ability to work unsupervised and manage a challenging workload with strict deadlines.

Supply Chain Analyst

  • Reporting to the Director - Supply Chain
  • Must have a minimum of five years experience in either Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Transport Logistics

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to support our Domestic Sales channel leaders to improve their short and long-term forecast accuracy and also to develop software tools which improve the user-friendliness, effectiveness and efficiency of how the sales teams gather forecast data.

Skills for this role will be:

  • Tertiary education in IT, Engineering or Finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (MACROS) with some knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent mathematical and statistical knowledge.
  • Experience in project managing software implementations.
  • Ability to understand business processes and develop solution designs.
  • Ability to train others how to use software tools so they can become self-sufficient.
  • Experience developing EDI automation between software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and;
  • Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
