Exciting updates to the Shopper Tracker Service

The drinks association’s Shopper Tracker service provides independent and objective metrics of shopper behaviour and the needs and perceptions surrounding behaviours in the off-premise. One of the biggest challenges in the drinks industry is in-house resource and capability to turn data into insights; in response to this, Shopper Tracker has developed a new online portal designed to deliver an easier-to-navigate experience to its subscribers.

The new interactive portal provides users with access to all Reports and Presentations, the Online Dashboard, Slice n Dice Tool (IRT) and Category Review One Pagers (Story Boards, POP up Category Reviews etc.) in one place. It also features a new tool – The Business Builder.

Introducing the Business Builder navigation tool

Shopper Tracker’s new Business Builder service has been designed to make mining for and interpreting Shopper Tracker insights easier. The new feature will provide access to the service by Business Question. Follow the ‘best fit’ question path to find answers within the data. It’s a great place to start if you’re not sure how Shopper Tracker can help, or where to find what you’re after.

Introducing Oliver Cast, Senior Account Director, Shopper Tracker

Additionally, we would like to welcome Oliver Cast to the Shopper Tracker team. Oliver comes across from Pernod Ricard Australia, where he has over 10 years’ experience, most recently as Head of Category. Oliver brings a wealth of knowledge in mining and extracting Shopper Tracker insights at the deepest level, alongside other sources, working this into tangible action and business outcomes in-house. He is keen to help drive industry capability and will be core to helping clients extract value from the service.

For more information on this fantastic service, contact Simon Ford, Managing Director,  Shopper Tracker Australia on 0415 507 424 or visit www.shoppertracker.com.au
