John Rosair Appointed Managing Director of Beam Suntory Oceania

Beam Suntory has announced the appointment of John Rosair as Managing Director of the company’s operations in Oceania.

Previously Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific for Campbell Arnott’s, Rosair has been appointed to help accelerate Beam Suntory’s growth in Australia and New Zealand as the company finalises its portfolio integration with Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA).

Commenting on Rosair’s appointment, President of Beam Suntory, Albert Baladi said: “Oceania is a tremendously important business unit for us, and John is an outstanding leader who can help us accelerate our growth in Australia and New Zealand.

“Australia is the #1 export market for Jim Beam and the growth engine for Canadian Club, and New Zealand is one of Jim Beam’s strongest markets”, Baladi added. “We’ve returned to impressive share growth in Australia, and we’ve enhanced our route to market with CCA. John joins our Oceania business at a time when we’re building momentum, and we’re confident that he and the Oceania team can take our performance throughout Oceania to the next level.”

Rosair will be based at Beam Suntory’s head offices in Sydney with his role effective from August 17.
