Ebiquity Announces Improvements to Calculations for Catalogue Circulation

In an effort to continually improve the value of the Ad Watch database, Ebiquity, with support from the drinks association (publisher of drinks bulletin), has recently undertaken analysis of the value and methodology of the figures used for catalogue circulation.

From 14th July 2015, Ebiquity will be changing the catalogue circulation to better reflect actual figures through the use of ABS population data by state with estimated banner share by catalogue. The new formula for catalogue circulation is:

((National Market Share %) X (National Pop Figures) X (% Banner share by state))

These figures will be updated on an annual basis to reflect changes in banner market share and changes in population.

The improvements were undertaken as a result of member feedback and are designed to reflect the interests of the drinks association and its members.

For any further clarification or questions on the new methodology please contact the drinks association.
