Sarah Nichols, founding partner says, “after spending many years in blue chip multi-national companies, I was astounded to realise that many people in organisations had no idea what their strategies were or how they impacted them.” While founding partner, Liz Norris, adds: “Sarah and I interviewed many senior and junior people from small to large organisations during the last half of 2015 and realised that there was a strong need for a consultancy that focuses on bringing these strategies to life to step in to assist either companies, business units or brand plans for strategic implementation.”

Both partners bring significant levels of senior executive experience to their practice. In her early career, Liz launched a number of iconic and award-winning technology platforms for some of Australia’s leading bands; in more recent years, in senior consulting roles to a number of organisations from small business to multinationals on organisational strategy and go-to-market plans, product development and business transformation, behavioural and culture change. Coupled with Sarah Nichols, ex Marketing Director for Brown-Forman (Jack Daniel’s), who has held many commercial and marketing roles for multi-national companies both in Australia and the UK, and has a wealth of experience in bringing brand and company strategies to life.
