Merivale’s Coogee Pavilion opened its rooftop in time for New Years celebrations in Sydney. The opening now sees the venue expand over three levels. The rooftop overlooks Coogee beach and shoreline, and has four separate indoor and outdoor bars. Food is also available on the upper level. Since opening in July, Coogee Pavilion has become a favourite with patrons.
