4 Pines Brewing Co Release Limited Edition Hoppy Doppelbock

4 Pines Brewing Company has released the Hoppy Doppelbock, its latest small batch instalment of the Keller Door Collection. An interpretation of the classic German style, 4 Pines has added hops to the beer, giving it a unconventional twist.

Each Keller Door release is designed to challenge beer enthusiasts to understand the process, ingredients and innovation involved in the brews. The individual realases represent the non-core beers that 4 Pines create, and as such are incredibly unique and limited.

Five different malts are incorporated in the Hoppy Doppelbock for depth and balance, though the Munich Malt is the star with its incredibly rich flavour. The destinctive aspect of course is that the beer has also been brewed with a combination of hops, American El Dorado and Australian Enigma to be precise.

Hoppy Doppelbock is now available in 500ml limited release bottles nationwide for RRP $11, 7.5% ABV.
