Winter Warmer – Reschke 2006 Bos Cabernet Sauvignon

 Coonawarra based and family-owned winery, Reschke has released the latest vintage of its Bos Cabernet Sauvignon for winter.

Bos, which is Latin for “bull”, is the second tier of Reschke’s benchmark Coonawarra cabernets.

The 2006 of this wine will cellar well for a further ten years plus. It has undergone extended maturation in new and older French hogshead, made from fruit from the family’s low yielding vineyards.

This wine has rich plump flavours of black fruit and chocolate with lingering cassis on the palate, well integrated with cedar and cigar box characters.
