Mondo Max: Your Personalised Employment Service

Mondo Search, a leading recruitment consultancy for the Australian alcohol industry, has launched a new and tailored service targeted at building your personal brand to maximise employment opportunities. The service benefits job-seekers, including recent graduates, workers returning from leave or seeking a new role, as well as those looking to further their career.

The 360 service, Mondo Max, includes a Discovery Workshop, Resume Writing, LinkedIn Profile Development, Interview Coaching and Brand Management.

“We see a great need for this service. A lot of the talent out in the market are doing a really great job, but often they are not thinking about their future career, such as how to keep yourself relevant in the workplace and updating your resume with your most recent achievements every six months,” Founder and Director of Mondo Search, Simone Allan explained.

“We know what sticks with employers, what companies are looking for, and which resumes are more attractive than others; so we have a really good radar on how people should present themselves commercially.”

Once subscribed to the Mondo Max service, you will receive a personalised discovery workshop with a member of the Mondo Search team. This workshop is used to decide which areas of the service will be the most beneficial to you by understanding your employment goals and history, as well as your skills, strengths and weaknesses. A Mondo Search representative will also work through a strategy with you on how to build on your CV, LinkedIn profile and interview techniques.

The resume service is done in-house with a member of the Mondo Search team who will work with you to create a personalised, targeted, and error-free resume using Mondo Search’s own templates and expert knowledge of industry standards.

Mondo Search will also work with you to review your LinkedIn profile and update your headshot and copy to ensure it’s targeted at the right employers.

This will be followed by a one-on-one session with Mondo Search that will provide interview coaching for specific skills or a specific job, as well as your own personal pitch.

Mondo Search will continue to work with you following completion of the service, providing constant dialogue to help you keep you up-to-date on the marketplace and in taking your next career step.

Mondo Search will also keep users of the service in mind for future roles.
