Brisbane Band Attempts Longest Shortest Tour with Jack Daniel’s

Brisbane band Hey Geronimo will be hitting the road to take part in what will be the world’s first Longest Shortest Tour with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey this weekend. The five-piece, indie-rock band will attempt to play ten gigs in just a single day in Sydney on Sunday, making their way through several venues including the Secret Garden Festival and Petersham Bowling Club.

The expedition represents the next project in the Jack Daniel’s Future Legends initiative, a series committed to sharing inspiring and creative stories in music.

With a debut LP on the horizon, music lovers will be able to hear new cuts from Hey Geronimo’s record and be part of the story on-stage and on the road, with a free hop-on, hop-off bus for punters that will transport the band and all their gear between venues.

“This is an incredible opportunity for us to showcase the music from our forthcoming album to fans in every corner of Sydney. Ordinarily it would take bands months or even years to play in all of these venues, we’re going to blitz it in just one day…if all goes to plan! Jump on the bus with us, it’s going to be a fun journey”, Hey Geronimo’s Pete Kilroy said.

All gigs within Sydney city will be free for revelers to enjoy and their whereabouts will be able to be tracked on the band’s social media pages.
