Taylors Wines Announces Major Sponsorship of the Wallabies

Taylors Wines has announced a new partnership with the Wallabies, which will see the brand act as the official wine sponsor and supplier for all major matches and events over the next three years.

The South Australian family winery announced its partnership with the Rugby Union team last week with Australian Rugby Union CEO Bill Pulver and retired Wallabies player Phil Waugh.

On the announcement of the partnership, Taylors third generation Managing Director, Mitchell Taylor said: “The Taylor family has always been Rugby Union fans. My brothers and I spent many of our school days playing on the rugby field, and today we are thrilled to show our support for the Wallabies and join their legendary team of industry supporters.”

Bill Pulver added: “We are delighted to welcome a brand with the prestige of Taylors Wines into Australian Rugby’s family of partners. The team at Taylors have a genuine passion for rugby, making this a fantastic opportunity to forge a strong partnership.”

Tying in with the partnership, Taylors will also be launching a new national marketing campaign during the upcoming Rugby Championship.

The below-the-line campaign, ‘Live All Or Nothing’ will promote the brand’s sponsorship at major Wallabies events and across social media with creative featuring Wallabies players alongside Taylors’ portfolio.
